It’s common for an article on leadership development to start off listing the challenges facing the 21st Century leader.  Globalisation, economic instability, the pace of technological change, an ageing population, climate change.  The usual conclusion is that the challenges of the 21st Century require a different kind of leader.  Then you are told exactly what your new leaders need to be able to do. 

We don’t presume to tell you what kind of leaders you need.  Instead we’ll ask you questions to help you clarify this for yourselves.

When it comes to development, frankly, whilst it doesn’t take much to please or entertain a participant, it does take real expertise to genuinely facilitate sustainable learning in people who have often seen other consultants come and go before. 

To develop key capabilities, we combine high level discussions on the business, self assessment, 360° feedback, coaching, inputs on psychological and organisational theory, and systems to embed the learning.   We place a strong emphasis on evaluation and making the learning stick – whether this is through a modular programme, action learning, follow up or repeat 360° evaluation.
