It seems that everyone provides coaching these days and, at first sight, it may appear that what we do differs little from the many providers out there.  Where we can give you the edge, however, is in those situations where you demand a level of credibility, sound expertise and professionalism.  This might be when providing development for your senior management or where the issues are complex.  Maybe there is a degree of sensitivity involved, or you need to see rapid behaviour change or performance improvement.

The process we follow may also appear to be standard practice – assessment, formulation, intervention, evaluation and follow up.  It’s a tried and tested way of doing things.  However, our clients tell us it’s the informal yet professional relationships we build, and the impact and incisiveness of our input that they truly value.
