Scott brings the benefit of his first-hand management experience to organizations seeking behavioural change. Prior to joining ORConsulting in the United States of America, he worked in various management roles, including VP of Operations for a regional, healthcare organization serving the South Eastern U.S and Texas. A skilled educator and speaker, Scott has been Director of Training at an APA-accredited Veterans Hospital and taught psychology at university level. He also has extensive clinical experience and has earned membership in the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology. With more than 20 years of clinical, consulting and management experience, Scott exemplifies ORConsulting’s reputation for delivering behavioural change in a real-world, business environment.
