Martin HillPh.D.

Martin is an experienced therapist with over 11 years of clinical work.  He has provided services in a variety of settings from University Counseling centers to Community Mental Health.  He has expertise in Multicultural Counseling and Development, Career Exploration and Development, and Human Relations Skills Development.  Martin also has teaching experience at the university level.  He has taught at Michigan State University, Western Michigan University, Central Michigan University and Indiana University.  He has over 11 years of experience working with historically African American fraternal organizations, holding various offices.  Along with fraternal experience, Martin has served on the Board of Director for numerous non-profit organizations.  He has been working with organizations such as Partners in Housing which focuses on providing affordable housing for homeless individuals and Easter Seals which works with disabled individuals providing adaptive services for improved quality of life.  He is published in referred journals and has delivered numerous conference presentations.  Martin is interested in continuing his publication and presentation efforts as he joins the ORConsulting, Inc. team.  He has developed a keen ability to understand the needs of adult learners, motivating them to learn about themselves and how they influence others.
