Kate Pearlman-Shaw is a Clinical Psychologist and Senior Consultant with ORConsulting in the UK. Before joining in January 2005 she worked for nearly 20 years as a clinician, manager and trainer in the UK health service.
Since joining ORConsulting she has worked closely with clients involved in major change and partnering programmes in the nuclear and defence industries, shipbuilding, facilities management and the automotive industry. She has developed a reputation for the rigorous application of psychology to everyday work place issues through to major culture change. She specialises in creating sustained behavioural and attitudinal change within large multinational companies having worked most recently in the UK, Australia and South Africa.
In her spare time she oversees internal controls and compliance for a public sector housing association.
