Janet is a Senior Consultant with ORConsulting in the United Kingdom. She has established an international reputation supporting teams, managers and unions to develop effective partnership working, often in the most challenging industrial environments. She has extensive experience in senior team and board development in defence, automotive and utility sectors. Janet brings to her work many years experience as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist. She also has 12 years senior management experience at Director level in the public sector and appreciates the challenge leaders face today in dealing with complex and rapidly changing organisations.
