With consulting experience in the telecommunications, oil, pharmaceutical and power generating industries, Gill joined ORConsulting with a real appreciation of the issues that both limit and harness human potential in the workplace. Indeed, Gill has been extensively involved with a number of industrial tribunals for multinationals investigating critical incidents and subsequent claims of post traumatic stress disorder. An experienced manager with the UK National Health Service, Gill is currently developing an approach to coaching with significant applicability for our clients.
