Eugene is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience as a clinician, facilitator, consultant, and senior manager within the healthcare system. Just prior to joining OR Consulting, Eugene served as the Director of Finance and Operations for a large mental health clinic in San Francisco. His expertise in clinical practice has included work with traditionally hard to reach clients, and as a result he has become adept at helping leaders examine their entrenched style to identify and leverage their assets as well as overcome their performance challenges. Eugene’s approach combines clinical and practical hands-on management experience so that both short-term needs and long-term changes are addressed simultaneously.
