Achieve

When you commission development, we know it is essential you can demonstrate a return on your investment. Let’s face it, there’s no point in investing in behaviour change if it doesn’t benefit performance. The problem is that changes in attitudes and behaviour are highly individual and often intangible. Linking these changes to improvements in performance is even more complex.
As clinical psychologists, we’ve thought long and hard about this – measuring our impact is a key part of our training and practice.
We have come up with methods to assess if we are meeting your objectives. In fact, we have built a whole business, ORMultiView, that specialises in measuring the attitudes and behaviours that underpin organisational performance.
To validate our methods and impact on business performance, we’ve also had our work for one of our clients assessed by world-leading researchers in behaviour change from Warwick University. Needless to say, our client was pleased with the findings.
Unlike many in this field, however, we will not make bold claims about transforming your performance or profitability overnight. Data and experience tell us that, when it comes to behaviour change, in most cases, it takes some time. So when we talk with you, our conversations will focus on the realistic, the achievable and the sustainable.
And, once we have delivered our work, we do not leave the transfer of learning to chance. We offer ongoing support and methods to keep the learning alive, and to ensure progress is maintained.
